Apples and elderberries on the nose, some honeydew melon and green vegetal notes, delicate mineral and herbaceous notes. Delicately creamy in the mouth, restrained fruit, spicy vegetal notes, elegant acidity, good persistence o nthe palate, not particularly deep, but very well made and pleasant to drink, full-bodied and yet quite refreshing, good finish.

Best to drink: Jung trinken. What our ratings mean
