2013 Chianti DOCG "Monsonaccio", Tuscany, Italy

Tart, slightly earthy and slightly dried vegetal nose, predominantly dark berries and some tobacco. Fairly tart again on the palate, dark fruit, earthy and vegetal notes, light acid bite, slightly covering tannins, slightly persistent, tart finish.
