2007 Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba DOC Sorì dei Bertinetti, Piedmont, Italy

Fairly mature nose, candied and preserved cherries, herbaceous notes. Herbs and spices on the palate, polished cherry fruit, hint of bitter almonds, mineral traces, integrated, slightly astringent tannins, varietal character, attractive to good finish.
