2008 Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC °G, Piedmont, Italy

Clear nose, red berries, earthy notes, hint of wilted flowers. Light-bodied, fairly cool fruit on the palate, light acid bite, vegetal and earthy traces, fairly fine, slightly sandy tannins, slightly persistent, attractive finish.
