Firmly knitted, deep and complex, tart fragrance with light yellow-fruity aromas, yeasty notes, delicate woody hints, floral tones, fresh-tart vegetal notes reminiscent of celery, a hint of honey and minerality. Dense, strong and juicy in the mouth, ripe, bright fruit with smoky wood, vegetal aromas and fairly prominent, light mineral notes, persistent, good depth, noticeable but integrated alcohol, a bit of grip, still undeveloped, quite complex, becomes tart with air and cool, very good, firm, spicy finish with a bite and plenty of minerality.
