1994 Chateauneuf-du-Pape AOC, Rhône, France

Aromas of ripe plums and mixed berries with notes of provencale herbs, some tar, leather and wilted flowers. Juicy and full-bodied in the mouth, lots of ripe fruit and very creamy, notes of sugar candy, a touch of malt, slightly sandy tannins, delicate lactic notes, good extract, persistent on the palate, develops with aeration, long juicy finish with creamy, sweet and spicy notes.
