2009 Oltrepò Pavese Spumante Metodo Classico DOCG Brut Virtus, Lombardy, Italy

Slightly developed, yeasty, planty and slightly floral fragrance with citrusy yellow fruity notes, some brioche and nutty hints. Clear, finely juicy, not quite dry fruit, clear yeasty and also planty to herbal aromas, medium-fine mousseux, certain persistence on the palate, some grip, floral and dark berry nuances, tart nutty tones, not forever deep, good to very good finish.
