2007 Côtes du Roussillon-Villages AOC Haute Coutume Schistes de Montner, Roussillon, France

Very slightly tart, minty nose, cherries and berries, floral and herbaceous traces, some peppery and earthy notes. Fairly juicy, polished fruit on the palate, very fine tannins, delicately cool herbaceous notes, some more pepper, moderate oak, roasted notes, good persistence, harmonious, still very young, prominent roasted nuts, slightly sweetish spicy oak on a good and quite juicy finish.
