Translate to English Relativ kühl wirkender Duft nach eingemachten Sauerkirschen und gemischten Beeren mit ein wenig Provence-Kräutern sowie ledrigen, pfeffrigen und getrocknet-floralen Nuancen. Klare, ziemlich saftige, lebendige Frucht, recht mürbes Tannin und zarter Biss, viel Kraft und gewisse Alkoholwärme, etwas Bitterschokolade und Lakritz am Gaumen, kräuterige Nuancen, ein wenig Vanille und andere Kuchengewürze, viel Schmelz, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter Abgang.
