Geradlinige, zartsaftige Frucht, jugendliches, noch leicht trocknendes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, wärmender Alkohol, im Hintergrund Provencekräuter, brotige Spuren, auch im Abgang noch etwas trocknend.
