1999 Cadillac AOC, Bordeaux, France

Preserved yellow fruit and candied pineapple on the nose, light nutty notes, petrol notes typical of the region. Crisp but also creamy notes on the palate, moderate soft, almost puréed yellow fruit, not very persistent, moderate intergated acidity, fairly simple style, light piquant bitter note and some petrol in the background, light-bodied, approachable, acceptable to attractive finish.
