2016 Côtes du Rhone Villages AOC Cairanne Jérôme Quiot, Rhône, France

Clear, fairly lively nose, mixed berries and some cherries with spicy, herbaceous and delicate floral notes. Ripe, juicy, straightforward fruit on the palate, nutty and delicately dried floral notes, fine tannins and some bite, herbaceous nuances and salt in the background, restrained power, hint of tobacco, good to very good finish.
