Klare, recht fest gewirkte, leicht schmelzige, dabei herbe Frucht, feine vegetabile Aromen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdig-mineralisch im Hintergrund, sehr feine Säure, etwas Griff, sehr guter, feinwürziger, mineralischer und wieder ein wenig schmelziger Abgang mit feinem Saft.
