Partly dried yellow fruit and apple peel on the nose, delicate herbaceous traces, elegant spice. Light-bodied, dry and spicy on the palate, some more dried yellow fruit, quite a lot of apple, fairly persistent, harmonious, elegant tart notes, in the background, fairly mature, spicy on an attractive finish.

Editor note: Dried yellow fruit and some apple peel on the nose, fairly shy and muted, with delicate herbaceous notes. Firm and bone-dry, more notes of dried fruit, polished, quite fresh, slightly lemony acidity, not a lot of fruit, but has character, backbone and bite, attractive to good finish.Very good partner with food.
