Translate to English Recht fester, deutlich vegetabiler, leicht nussiger und erdiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Brokkoli und Speck sowie mineralischen Noten. Reife, erst weiche und schmelzige, mit Luft merklich straffere Frucht, wieder deutlich an Brokkoli erinnernde vegetabile Aromen, recht Saftig, im Hintergrund frische Butter und nussige Anklänge, feine Säure, nachhaltig und vor allem mit Luft auch ziemlich griffig am Gaumen, gewisse Wärme, etwas Pfeffer und Muskatnuss, sehr guter, leicht warmer Abgang mit Saft und erdigen Noten. Braucht derzeit unbedingt Luft um zu zeigen, was er wirklich kann.
