Firm, slightly spicy yellow nose with pomaceous notes, moderate, nutty oak, slightly yellow spice, ginger, dried floral and vegetal notes, some mineral notes in the background. Ripe, firm, but also slightly creamy fruit, light, slightly nutty oak, very elegant acidity, vegetal, floral and mushroom notes on the palate, very delicate roasted notes, good substance and persistence, delicate yellow spice, mineral notes, hint of tobacco, very touchy good finish with enamel, ripe juice and very fine handle.
