2015 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Translate to English Leicht rauchiger, getrocknet-kräuteriger und gewürziger Duft nach gemischten Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit getrocknet-floralen Nuancen, etwas Nüssen und einem Hauch Lakritz. Recht feste, saftige Frucht mit röstigen und kandiert-nussigen Holzaromen, etwas Biss, noch leicht trocknendes Tannin, spürbarer Alkohol, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ätherische Noten am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Kräuter und Salz, ein Hauch Tabak und Asche, mit Luft wird das Holz dominanter, noch jung, sehr guter, recht fester Abgang mit salzigen Anklängen. Muss reifen.
