The headquarters of the "Villa Sandi SRL" winery is located in the municipality of Crocetta del Montellio (locally Crozeta) in the province of Treviso in the Italian region Veneto
, In 1622 the Venetian nobleman Vettor Sandi had a villa built, from which the name is derived. The estate has been owned by the Moretti Polegato family for several generations. Today it is run by Giancarlo Moretti Polegato. Most of the energy is generated with its own small hydropower plant and a photovoltaic system.
The company's own vineyards cover 86.5 hectares of vineyards. Grapes are delivered from a further 380 hectares by contract winemakers bound for several years. There are four estates in Crocetta del Montello (50 ha), in Nervesa della Battaglia (25 ha with Glera and Chardonnay), in Valdobbiadene (10 ha with Glera) and in the Cartizze area (1.5 ha with the vineyard “La Rivetta “And 107 hectares with 140 owners).
