Spicy nose with light burnt notes, hay, nut shells, candied pomaceous fruit, some honey and dried herbs. Elegant and polished on the palate, candied stone fruit and apples, light burnt touch, moderate honeyed note, some citrus and nuts in the background, light spice, fairly compact and persistent, integrated, polished acidity provides backbone, well made, shows its origin, long finish.
