Apples and citrus fruit on the nose, delicate hint of melon, light spicy vegetal notes, mineral traces. Quite full-bodied, creamy on the palate, noticeable alcohol, more vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, slight bitter notes in the background, very creamy and alcoholic again on the finish.
