2004 Dão DOC Touriga Nacional Quinta das Estrémuas, Beiras, Portugal

Delciately tart nose, red berries and cherries, chocolate and some herbaceous traces. Quite juicy, more slightly tart red fruit, fine, slightly astringent tannins, moderate spicy oak on the palate, more herbaceous notes, good persistence, very full-bodied, appears young and quite firm, medium depth, elegant acid bite, fairly cool style in spite of the high alcohol, good long finish.
