Translate to English Leicht gewürziger und getrocknet-pflanzlicher, auch hefiger, an Weißbrot erinnernder Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Noten, einer Spur Jod und floralen Nuancen. Reife gelbe Frucht, nussige und deutlich hefige Aromen, helle Holztöne, leicht pflanzliche und erdige Aromen, nachhaltig, gute Substanz, sehr feine Säure und etwas mürber Gerbstoff, hat Griff, zarte Kandistöne, sehr guter, schmelziger Abgang.
