Cool, somewhat acidic, a little animal scent of black berries with vegetal notes. Lean, straight, again rather cool fruit, herbal notes, a breath bitter chocolate, easily sandy and drying tannin, not very deep, medium-strong, easily tobacco in the background, tidy to good, only again drying finish. Was even more convincing last year

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich holzwürzige und auch etwas streng-animalische Nase nach eingekochten schwarzen Beeren, Zwetschgen und Kirschen mit bitterschokoladigen Aromen, viel Süßholz und Teer. Recht herb im Mund, dunkle Frucht, kräuterig-pflanzliche Noten, ein Hauch Zitrusfrüchte, straffes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, feiner Säurebiss, gewürzige Nuancen, ein wenig Kandis und Lakritz, noch immer eher jung wirkend, recht guter, etwas trocknender Abgang.
