Firm, herbaceous and planty, still delicately yeasty and reductive aroma with clearly mineral tones as well as green and yellow fruity nuances and some elderflower. Clear, polished fruit in the mouth, very present, tart herbal and delicately yeasty spiciness, a little green pepper, lively, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, delicate elderberry notes and some pepper, certain depth, restrained power, clear minerality, still very young and rather compact, quite complex, yet very polished and elegant, very good finish. Still needs time.

Best to drink: Ende 2015 bis 2020+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Translate to English Recht kühle, noch eine Spur reduktive, grasig-kräuterige und etwas hefige Nase mit feinen gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Paprika und einem Hauch Pfeffer sowie mineralischen und ganz leicht tabakigen Noten im Hintergrund. Klare, ziemlich herbe Frucht im Mund, erdige Noten, etwas Gras und deutlich Paprika, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig und fest am Gaumen, ziemlich kompakter Bau, noch unentwickelt, kühle Mineralik, hat Griff, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, wieder herber Abgang. Noch etwas reduktiv; legt mit Luft noch einmal deutlich zu.
