Fairly firm nose, yellow spice, light nutty, earthy and phenolic notes, partly dried yellow fruit, some dried herbs and a hint of tobacco, lemon verbena, mustard seed, vegetal notes and peppery traces. Good grip on the palate, vegetal notes, hint of bacon, nutty and butter notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, firm grip, fairly moderate acidity, slightly creamy, still young, some exotic spices, sage, veryslightly rustic style, very good finish.
