Markedly mature nose, dried and candied apples, some honeydew melon and honey, nutty notes and spicy oak. Sweetish and creamy on the palate, again rather domianted by oak, sweetish spice, reminiscent of cloves and cardamom, elegant acidity, prominent maturation notes, some more honey on the palate, candied pomaceous fruit and honeydew melon, fairly persistent, attractive finish.
