2005 Goriška brda Modri Pinot trocken, Primorska, Slovenia

Slightly dissolute nose, red berries, light lactic and light volatile notes. Preserved red currant and raspberry fruit on the palate, some barrel notes, herbaceous notes, integrated tannins, has some varietal character, ratehr rustic style, not quite straightforward, has some substance, delicately bitter and slightly astringent on an otherwise good finish.
