2003 Sauternes AOC, Bordeaux, France

Honeydew melon and candied apples on the nose, caramel, floral and waxy notes, spicy oak. More roasted notes on the palate, candied apple and honeydew melon, caramel and vanilla, elegant acidity, fairly creamy, little real depth, light waxy note, very sweet, light oak on an acceptable finish.
