2007 Venezia Giulia IGT Vigneto Romano, Friuli/Venezia-Giulia, Italy

Clear nose, preserved red and black berries, herbaceous notes, hint of pepper, lightroasted notes. Creamy, sweetish, slightly jammy fruit on the palate, toasted oak and chocolate, mature tannins, herbaceous traces, creamy and quite warm, but also has a smooth, impersonal style, quite a good finish.
