2013 Etna DOC "Martinella", Sicily, Italy

Translate to English Herber, leicht pfeffrig-gewürziger und getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft nach schwarzen und roten Beeren mit getrocknet-floralen Aromen, Tabak, etwas Teer sowie etwas ätherischen und erdigen Noten. Herbe, leicht entwickelte, fest gewirkte Frucht, präsentes, erst noch trocknendes Tannin, das sich mit Luft sehr gut integriert, nussige, leicht tabakige, teerige und erdige Noten, etwas Biss, gewisse Kraft und Nachhaltigkeit, gewinnt deutlich an Frische und zugleich auch Komplexität, gute Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit lebendigem Saft und Biss.
