firm, tart and delicately greasy, somewhat nutty and dried vegetal scent of more black than red berries with herbaceous, hinted peppery and slightly earthy notes. Clear, tart, rather cool fruit, somewhat smoky and woody notes, fine, youthful tannins and a certain acid bite, vegetal, earthy and again slightly greasy nuances, good sustainability and certain depth, quite firm structure, a hint of salt, very good, again rather cool, tart and juicy finish.
