Translate to English Fester, herber, eine Spur fleischiger Duft nach roten und schwarzen Beeren mit getrocknet-kräuterigen und pfeffrigen Nuancen sowie etwas Artischocken, Unterholz und Wurzelgemüse. Reife, saftige, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit etwas kakaowürzigem Holz, Kaffee und ein wenig Pfeffer, rauchige und röstige Anklänge, feinsandiges Tannin, etwas Biss, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdige Nuancen und wieder angedeutet Wurzelgemüse im Hintergrund, leicht nussig, etwas Kandis, sehr guter Abgang.
