2010 Villány-Siklós Merlot trocken DHC Classicus, Südliches Transdanubien, Hungary

Somewhat herbaceous and planty scent of black and a little red berries with cherry notes, a hint of pepper, old woody aromas, dried flowers and minerality. Clear, polished, rather cool fruit in the mouth, herbal, earthy and old woody notes, fine sandy, predominantly crumbly tannin, fine bite, some persistence, vegetal nuances, harmonious and nice to drink, decent to good finish.
