Firm, nutty, yeasty, spicy nose, hint of tobacco, red berries and some blueberries, spicy and mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, dried vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of tobacco, lively mousse, some grip and bite, good persistence, light tannic touch, salty traces in the background, hint of citrus zests, very good finish. Is showing a much better development than expected.
