Nutty nose, light earthy and vegetal notes, must apples and some stone fruit, yellow flowers, hint of rubber. Bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty and light yeasty aromas, dried vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, mineral notes in the background, fairly firm structure, excellent substance in spite of the low level of alcohol, hint of rubber again in the background, very slightly muted, good, tart, nutty finish.
