Nutty nose, dried vegetal and light earthy notes, pomaceous and some citrus fruit, prominent mineral notes, some dried flowers, slightly noticeable alcohol Tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal, light earthy and floral notes, light nutty and yeasty notes, good persistence, full-body, noticeable high alcohol, very elegant acidity, light nutty traces, not particularly deep, vegetal notes on a very good alcoholic finish.
