Trockene Frucht im Mund, betont vegetabil und grasig-kräuterig, auch erdige Noten, etwas Nuss und merklicher Gerbstoff, passende Säure, leichte Alkoholwärme, mineralische Anklänge, nicht sehr tief, ordentlicher Abgang.
