The wines keep constant high level and are usually the best in their respective category in the area. Weaknesses, there is little, but can occur in difficult vintages. However, this must be balanced in good years with particularly compelling assortments so that an operation can hold the status. In most cases you can blindly buy.

The estate is located in the commune of Egringen (Markgräflerland area) in the German wine-growing region to bathe, It became in 2000 after training as a winemaker and practice in the winery Lämmlin-Schindler founded by Dirk Brenneisen. The vineyards cover seven hectares of vineyards, which are planted with the white varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gutedel, Muskateller-Gutedel and Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. The vinification takes place in the vaulted cellars of the Rebstock inn in Egringen. The red wines are basically aged in large wooden barrels. Some of the white wines as well as the sparkling wine are fermented in wooden barrels and on the stored. Finishing agents are largely avoided. Since Dirk Brenneisen believes that his very independent, expressive wines are "misunderstood" in the quality wine test, this test is not carried out.
