2005 Kremstal Ried Sandgrube Grüner Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Partly preserved pears and apples on the nose, herbaceous and light mineral notes, delicate peppery note and a hint of wax. Quite juicy and creamy on the palate, again some wax and white pepper, spicy vegetal notes, ripe fruit, some honeydew melon, mineral notes in the background, delicate tart notes, slightly rough, tart tannins on an otherwise attractive finish.
