2016 Klingenberg Schloßberg Spätburgunder trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Red and black berries and a hint of cherries on the nose, floral traces, light nutty notes, hint of tobacco. Clear, polished, delicately tart fruit on the palate, fine youthful tannins, nutty traces, hint of mushrooms, some undergrowth and earthy notes, fairly light-bodied style, fairly persistent, good to very good polished finish.
