Translate to English Trübes helles Gold. Betont hefig im Mund, vegetabil, etwas floral und pilzig, mit gelbfruchtigen, hellen erdigen und nussigen Tönen. Herb im Mund, hefig-gedeckt, nussig, vegetabil, kräuterig, kreidig und salzig, florale Noten, feine Säure und ein winziger Hauch Kohlensäure, viel Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, gute Tiefe, noch sehr jung, recht komplex, aber noch eher unnahbar, feinstaubiges Mundgefühl, aber auch animierend frischer Saft, sehr guter, fester, griffiger, herb-saftiger Abgang mit etwas gelber Würze, Hefe und viel Mineralik. Für viele Leute sicher verstörend eigenwillig, dennoch erstklassig.
