Fairly tart nose, light earthy notes, light nutty oak, red and a few black berries, hint of tobacco. War, ripe fruit on the palate, hint of coffee and tobacco, spicy traces, slightly astringent fine, dusty tannins, slightly creamy, nutty notes, not particularly deep, good, warm finish.
