Editor note: Cleart, fairly cool nose, elegant yellow fruit aromas, delicate floral traces, herbaceous and mineral traces. Ripe, very slightly warm fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, floral and nutty traces, hint of red berries, good substance and persistence, mineral notes in the background, creamy and slightly nutty on a good to very good finish.
Best to drink: To 2021+

One of the eight specific ones wine regions in the Austrian state or generic wine-growing region Lower Austria, It was created in 1985 by merging the formerly independent wine-growing areas Gumpoldskirchen and Bad Voeslau educated. The thermal baths already known in antiquity gave the area its name, but it is popularly known as the "southern railway", after the railway line built here in the middle of the 19th century.
