Preserved black berries and plums on the nose, light roasted and malted notes. Prominent sweetish oak on the palate, some more malted notes, slightly overripe fruit, fine sandy and slightly astringent tannins, roasted and light smoky notes, fairly creamy, not particularly deep, earthy an vegetal notes on a good finish.
