Light sooty and toasted notes on the nose, predominantly black berries, hint of tobacco, earthy and mineral notes, light peppery and cedary notes. Firmly structured dark fruit on the palate, more light peppery and cedary notes, earthy and mineral notes, fine, sandy, ripe tannins, persistent, touch of juniper, light chalky notes, good substance, some depth, still young, hint of tobacco on a very good, tart finish.
