Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, restrained, tart yellow fruit aromas, yeasty and mineral traces, peppery traces. Tart, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, elegant, fairly lively acidity, light tannic grip, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, fairly persistent, miner notes in the background, good to very good, fairly firm, tart finish.
