Nose not quite clear, bruised apples, some vegetal notes, caramel and some volatile notes. Sweet on the palate with some more volatile notes, prominent sugar candy, some floral notes, caramel again, elegant acidity, hint of tea, fairly persistent and quite creamy, mineral notes and some dried herbs, quite a long finish.
