Translate to English Zart kräuteriger und ganz leicht buttriger Duft nach teils eingemachten gelben Früchten mit an Krustentiere erinnernden Aromen, ein wenig Fenchel, floralen Nuancen und gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Reife, relativ süße Frucht im Mund, wieder Kräuter, Fenchel, Butter und Krustentiere, präsente, ein wenig zitronige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leichter Gerbstoff, eine Spur rau, aber auch noch sehr unentwickelt, im Hintergrund Mineralik, ein wenig süß-sauer, sehr guter, buttriger Abgang.
