Translate to English Eher herber, recht tiefer, zart nussiger und ein wenig vegetabiler bis kräuteriger Duft mit ruhigen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Zimt und deutlichen mineralischen Anklängen. Reife, saftige, relativ süße Frucht mit lebendiger, feiner Säure, frischen kräuterig-pflanzlichen und floralen Aromen, etwas Kandis und viel salziger Mineralik, zarter Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, zitronige Töne und ein Hauch schwarzer Beeren, etwas Tiefe, noch jung, hat Biss, sehr guter, eher kühler, wieder relativ süßer Abgang mit dunkler Mineralik. Muss reifen.
