Translate to English Recht herber, pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger und leicht hefiger Duft nach teils tropischen gelben Früchten mit floralen Nuancen, etwas Eukalyptus und einer Spur Zimt. Eher kühle, fast kalte, geschliffene, recht saftige, zart süßliche Frucht, sehr feine lebendige Säure, pflanzliche Noten am Gaumen, ganz leicht gedeckt und antrocknend, zarte Holzaromen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig stahlige Art, herbe, etwas salzige Mineralik, viel Biss, süßlich-saftig im sehr guten Abgang.
